Well Spring Counseling, LLC's employees are highly-trained, experienced and dedicated to the health of our clients.  We believe that the pages of a healthy life have special meaning and constitute an evolving life story with chapters containing the human precepts of integrity, compassion and wholeness.
We offer a safe refuge where individuals are encouraged to identify and connect with their inner self of themselves, those whom they care for, and their environment.

We have been working together for many years in our group practice in Idaho Falls. By combining our specializations, we can help our clients from many different perspectives and increase the chances of success.


Robert Stahn


As founder of Well Spring Counseling, Bob feels a special connection with every client that walks through our door. Bob is a Licensed Clinical Professional (mental health) Counselor and a Master Addictions Counselor.


His areas of professional expertise are: depression, trauma, teenagers, substance abuse, self esteem and most of all, and working with relationships (marriage, parent/child and recovery from losses due to divorce or death).


He received his Associates degree in Family Development from Ricks College, his Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University, and his Master’s degree in Counseling from Boston University.


Bob has been working in the fields of psychology and substance abuse since 1983. He has in-patient and out-patient experience working with adolescents and adults.

As a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, Bob received awards and recognition for providing counseling and management services in the areas of substance abuse and discrimination. He has enjoyed living in the diverse cultures of Japan, Turkey, Germany and the USA.


Bob has been in private practice since 1994 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.


Bob loves to contribute to the lives of others. He loves life, God, nature, and his family. He and his wife, Donella, are the proud parents of 11 children and happy grandparents of twelve grandchildren.


Shana Stubblefield


Shana is excited to be a part of the Well Spring Team.  A Licensed Master Social Worker, she received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Brigham Young University (Provo) and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University.  Shana treats adults, teens and children and has expertise in trauma, addiction, spouses of addiction, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.


Originally from Murray, Utah, Shana relocated to Idaho Falls in 2006.  She has enjoyed the many experiences of living in various cultures, including Russia, China, California, and Las Vegas.  Shana enjoys hiking, camping, photography, traveling, learning foreign languages, having adventures and spending time with her five awesome kids, ages six to eighteen. 


It has been Shana’s dream to be a mental health therapist since she was twelve years old.  She looks forward to working with clients to help them achieve happy and fulfilling lives.

Richard Reboiro


Rick is the newest member of our therapeutic team at Well Spring Counseling LLC.  He has earned two undergraduate degrees from Idaho State University: an Associate’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Pre-law.  He recently received his Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. 


Rick grew up in the deep south of Louisiana and a number of other locations (as the son of an Air Force member).  He is the proud father of four boys ranging in age from 16 to 22, two of whom are high functioning on the autism spectrum.  He has been happily married for 23 years.  Rick enjoys many hobbies, such as reading, self-help, video gaming, golf, and bicycling.  He has held varied blue collar and management jobs. 


His future professional goals are to become a trauma specialist and increase his education in the ever-growing field of cyber-addictions.
